Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LuxeryRide. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as outlined in our Booking Policy.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

  • LuxeryRide reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.​​​​​​​​

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via major credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be received before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, rates confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in our Booking Policy to avoid penalties.

  • Cancellations made outside of this period will result in a fee as outlined in the policy.

  • Refunds will only be issued according to the terms specified in our Booking Policy.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to, damage to the vehicle, abusive behavior, or illegal activities, will not be tolerated.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle by them or their guests during the service.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and the consumption of alcohol by minors are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Liability

  • LuxeryRide is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • LuxeryRide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if the safety or comfort of the chauffeur or other passengers is compromised.

  • ​This agreement constitutes a contractual arrangement between LuxeryRide and the customer for the hire of limousine services. It specifically pertains to the conduct and performance of the customer during the duration of the service. In addition to the hourly rate for the vehicle and chauffeur, any damage exceeding normal wear and tear of the hired vehicle will result in a minimum charge of $150.00 for repair and/or general cleaning. LuxeryRide retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes unusual wear and tear based on its experience and standards. The decision of LuxeryRide in this regard is final.

6. Minimum Passenger Requirements

  • For certain services, including tours, a minimum number of passengers may be required. If your group does not meet this requirement, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

 

7. Vehicle Substitution

  • LuxeryRide reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Reservations

  • Any changes to reservations must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

9. Use of Website

  • The content on our website is for general information purposes only. LuxeryRide does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which LuxeryRide operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
